They did a great reconstruction job with reinstalling insulation and drywall, baseboard, and vinyl flooring in my unit and storage area, and another unit’s carpet that got water damage. I would definitely use them again. Very nice team.

I had a great experience working with Daniel and his team. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their workmanship. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the transformation of my home was truly impressive. Daniel took the time to understand what needed to be done and delivered results that made my home look absolutely beautiful and market-ready. The attention to detail, finishing touches, and overall presentation made a tremendous difference in the appearance of the property. I also appreciated Daniel’s communication, reliability, and commitment to completing the project. It was a pleasure working with someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Daniel and his company to anyone looking for a dependable, professional general contractor who takes pride in delivering beautiful results. Thank you, Daniel, for helping bring my home to life and preparing it for its next chapter!

Dear homeowners and agents, Effortless Contracting-I met Danny, the contractor, approximately 3 years ago. I was driving on 164th St. SW Lynnwood and saw his advertisement on his work truck. I noticed, that he specialized in residential home repairs. I wasn’t for sure how finding a contractor by his advertising on the side of his truck was going to end! 😊 I have referred him to a few other clients. The most recent project was a home improvement project, it was a big one! The home needed to be updated inside and outside, from siding repairs, deck repairs, complete paint job inside-out, refinished painted cabinets, 3 tons of debris removal, roof cleaning, windows repairs, installing new flooring, repairing drywall, repairing doors, new toilets, new sinks, refinishing a shower/tub enclosure, new outlets, new light fixtures, and more. Danny, did this project without a complaint—but instead with a smile and encouraging words. Danny provided an estimate for the project and the estimate was spot on. The project estimated completion time was approximately 45 days from start to finish. Danny and team worked tirelessly to complete the project. And, guess what? They got it done! My clients and I are 100% satisfied with the finished project. If you are needing a professional contractor that is committed to performance and quality—Hire Effortless Contracting. Danny has top notch professional communications and services. Tonya S.

I highly recommend Effortless Repairs Handyman LLC! Danny and his team recently renovated two bathrooms at my mom’s house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I met Danny, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was extremely professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire project. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process much less stressful. He was also very flexible with scheduling and accommodating minor changes along the way. His team was great to work with and did an amazing job. Their attention to detail really stood out, and the quality of the finished bathrooms exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say about the experience. It’s not often you find a someone you can completely trust, but Danny and his team earned that trust. I highly recommend Effortless Repairs Handyman LLC and will definitely be working with these guys on future projects!

If you're like me, you know how difficult it is to find good contracting services that will show up to give a free estimate for a job, offer a very fair price, actually help with your design ideas, help you select affordable, quality materials for the job and complete the project in a very reasonable amount of time in exactly the way you want it done. Danny and his company rebuilt my front porch and back deck with polywood, repaired my fence in four different places and removed the moss from the roof and garage. They are excellent at communication, show up when they say they will and cleanup all debris afterwards. I am extremely satisfied with the results of each project I hired them to do around my home and I highly recommend Danny and his crew for your next project.

Response from the owner:Art, thank you for the detailed review—I'm really glad we could help bring your design ideas to life with a fair estimate, good materials, and work completed the way you wanted. We appreciate you trusting Effortless Repairs Handyman LLC with your Handyman Services and Home Repairs, from the porch and deck rebuild to the fence repairs and cleanup.

I reached out to a couple of companies for bids to repair the exterior trim on one of my windows, and Effortless Repairs Handyman LLC stood out immediately. They were quick to respond and provided a clear, timely estimate—unlike another (national) company I contacted that never followed up. Danny is extremely responsive, professional, and fair. It’s rare to find someone in the trades who not only does excellent work but also runs an efficient, well-organized business. I was especially impressed with how quickly the job was completed. The window trim was repaired and painted seamlessly to match the house, and everything was left spotless—no debris, no cleanup needed. Because of the great experience, I’ve already asked Danny about additional projects, and they’ll be back next week. If you need reliable, high-quality handyman work for your home or business, I highly recommend Danny and his crew!

Response from the owner:Laverne, thank you for the thoughtful review—I'm really glad our Handyman Services stood out with a fast, clear estimate and that the Window Services work on your exterior trim was completed quickly and left spotless. It means a lot to hear the trim repair and Painting Services blended seamlessly with your home, and we truly appreciate you trusting us again for more Home Repairs next week.

Danny is very approachable and easy to communicate with. We’ve completed many work orders together, and his communication, quality of work, and attention to tenant satisfaction have always been excellent. He often goes above and beyond by taking care of small additional tasks that could help both the tenant and the owner, which we truly appreciate. Danny also provides thoughtful recommendations during maintenance assessments, which greatly assists us in evaluating and providing better guidance to the property owner. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication, Danny!

Response from the owner:Grace, thank you for the kind words—I'm thrilled to hear our Handyman Services have been easy to coordinate and that the communication, quality, and tenant satisfaction have stayed consistently strong across your work orders. We truly appreciate your trust in us for Home Repairs, and I’m glad the extra small tasks and maintenance recommendations have helped support both tenants and property owners.
